This notice covers the Potentivo Lab company website and inquiries sent to our company email. Parentlyze account and product data are covered by the product’s own privacy policy.
Company inquiries
When you email hello@potentivolab.com, your email address, message and any attachments are shared with Potentivo Lab so we can respond to your inquiry. Include only the information needed for your inquiry. Please do not send children’s recordings or other sensitive information to this address.
Job applications
If you apply by email, we receive the contact details, career information and application materials you choose to send. We use them to review your application and communicate with you about recruitment. Please omit identification numbers and information unrelated to the role. Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion or the retention of your application.
Website preferences and analytics
The website remembers your language, display theme and analytics choice in browser storage. Optional analytics are disabled until you accept. If enabled, Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics receive website usage information, such as pages visited and link interactions. You can change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics on this website; it does not delete data already sent to those providers. Clearing browser cookies and storage removes locally stored preferences and identifiers.
External services
The office section includes Google Maps. Opening an embedded map or an external link connects your browser to that provider, which may receive technical connection information. Articles, partner sites, app stores and the Parentlyze product have their own privacy practices.
