Join Potentivo Lab

We build technology that helps parents and children understand each other better.

Come help us make everyday family conversations warmer.

What is Potentivo Lab?

We study how people relate to each other, and connect them through technology.

We help parents and children understand each other better.

Potentivo Lab is the team building Parentlyze, an AI parenting coaching service, at the intersection of child and family studies, psychology, and AI.

We analyze everyday parent-child conversations to read emotions and relationship patterns, then deliver reports and conversation missions reviewed by child development psychology experts.

The goal is not technology that replaces the relationship, but technology that helps parents understand their children better.

We build everyday tools that help every parent build a healthy relationship with their child and grow together as a family.

We keep family connection at the center of everything we build.

What is Parentlyze?

Parentlyze is an AI-based parent-child conversation analysis and coaching service.

When a parent of a young child records everyday conversations, our AI analyzes the emotions, response patterns, and parenting style within them and delivers:

  • Parenting coaching reports reviewed by child development psychology experts
  • Missions tailored to each family

Both are designed to be put into practice in everyday life.

The service runs today as an app and web product, and every part of it — analysis models, reports, and missions — is designed in-house by our researchers and engineers.

What do we do at Potentivo Lab?

Parentlyze runs on our users' voice data.

The team takes part in every stage of the service — training AI models, designing the UX, running operations, and creating coaching content.

Who would be a good fit?

We'd love to work with you if you are

  • Curious about parent-child relationships, child development, and psychology

  • Experience in a startup or early-stage product environment
  • Experience with research data analysis, interviews, or research-based content
  • A track record of leading product improvements from user feedback

What experience will you gain?

  • Experience a product being built and growing from the very start.
  • Shape our AI models and UX together, using real user data.
  • Turn emotional insights from parent-child conversations into something people can see and use.
  • Work alongside engineers, child and family studies researchers, and other disciplines.
  • Help set the direction and culture of an early-stage startup.
